Synopsis

Not Quite Gone, Not Quite Finished navigates the liminal space between waste and renewal, practicing a form of material sampling that breathes new life into discarded ceramics, unwanted artworks, and expended materials. Waste becomes a site of transformation, its debris carrying the silent histories of touch, rupture, and use. By engaging with these fragments, Tok explores the delicate tension between permanence and fragility, authorship and anonymity, destruction and regeneration.
