Art Porters presents Sharing the Moon, renowned Taiwanese artist Wu Kuan-Te's solo exhibition, featuring incredibly detailed oil paintings reflecting the artist's mystical inspiration from nature, infused by oriental philosophies. In an almost ritualistic meditation before the blank canvas, the artist replaces the brush and executes the 'subtractive’ oil painting techniques by scratching away paint with natural found objects, reflecting pure imageries of nature in his strokes.
