Shape of Land is a solo presentation of new works by Khairulddin Wahab, tracing the concept of disenchantment through visual representations of land embodied in cartography, colonial prints, and paintings. Working with archival materials and found images, Khairulddin creates paintings that examine the historical foundations and systems of power embedded in these representations. This exhibition is based on research conducted by Khairulddin Wahab as a National Library Creative Resident with the National Library Board, Singapore.
