After a visit to Paris in 2001, as part of a residency program for alumni of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, the beautiful city has proven to be the most important and creative breakthrough in the art journey of Singapore artist Low Hai Hong. Paris in Impressionism by Low Hai Hong showcases his charming impressions of Paris in oil paintings.
