Food x Art x Heritage by Let's Go Tour Singapore
Uncovering the food heritage of the Bras Basah Bugis precinct alongside the stories of the past in existing murals and artworks, Food x Art x Heritage offers an experience at the intersection of art and food. Between the pre-war years and the late 1970s, the streets of Bras Basah, like many parts of the city, were lined with street hawkers. Satay Clubs, Rendezvous Nasi Padang and Indian Rojak were amongst the food icons of the vicinity. Many arts establishments such as SOTA and Lasalle trace their origins to this enclave, making Bras Basah Bugis a perfect spot for diving deeper into the food, art and heritage of Singapore.
The Food x Art x Heritage tour is ticketed and registration is required.
