In celebration of Gillman Barracks’ flagship edition of Art After Dark, Art Outreach is hosting a collaborative mural-making activity led by artist Merryn Trevethan. Art enthusiasts of all experience levels are invited to work with Washi tape in an open-ended exploration of line, shape and colour.
The Art Outreach Visual Thinking Lab will also feature an exhibition of children’s art in conjunction with our Art Link community programme. Visitors will learn about the impact of visual arts experiences on children who participated in our 5-day art appreciation camp, and enjoy drop-in drawing activities that foster close-looking and creativity.
