Synopsis
*SCAPE’s comma, Creative Arts Festival is an annual youth-focused festival that spotlights emerging artists across music, dance, theatre, visual and interdisciplinary arts. Through showcases, residencies, and collaborations, it provides a platform for experimentation, creative exchange, and community building. This edition explores the theme of “Softer Systems,” inviting artists to rethink structures, relationships, and processes through empathy, care, and collaboration in creative practice.
