The exhibition is free to attend and will run for a month from the opening date. The gallery is located within Voco Orchard Singapore, a hotel on the iconic Orchard Road. Do note that the hotel is wheelchair accessible via the main entrance and we welcome guests of all abilities. The closest MRT stop is Orchard, which is on the North-South and Thomson-East Coast line. There are limited parking facilities in the hotel, guests may instead opt to park at Far East Shopping Centre or at Anguilla Park car parking areas.

Synopsis

Join Yang Gallery and exclusive member's club VantA for a tantalising journey through culture, time and cuisine. Presenting "Seeds & Sprouts" by established contemporary artist Kumari Nahappan, curated by Singaporean curator John Tung, this exhibition is not to be missed. Nahappan's fluid and organic sculptural forms evoke warm memories of asian heritage whilst grounding the audience to the very space that the forms inhabit.
