Synopsis
Art Outreach Basecamp is a public symposium held alongside the Art Outreach Summit, positioning Singapore as a hub for global voices in art, history, and society. Basecamp 2026 will open with a performance lecture by internationally acclaimed artist Ibrahim Mahama, blending storytelling, archival imagery, and reflections on trade, labour, and memory.
