Synopsis

This season, ANTI:DOTE at Fairmont Singapore presents Into the Modern: An Impressionist Afternoon Tea, created in partnership with National Gallery Singapore and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Inspired by Into the Modern: Impressionism from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Southeast Asia's largest exhibition of French Impressionism, this elegant afternoon tea transforms art into edible masterpieces.

Reimagining the light, colour and spontaneity of Monet, Renoir, Manet, Cezanne and Degas, the menu is a culinary reflection of artistry, creativity and emotion.

Complete your experience with The Liquid Abstract or The Impressionist Fizz, two art-inspired cocktails that capture the play of light, clarity and movement found in Impressionist works.
